A second-generation American of Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, and Spanish descent, she brings a global lens to every project—building brands that resonate across cultures and foster lasting connection.

Her career spans luxury retail, lifestyle, and hospitality. She has developed new departments, expanded product categories, launched flagship stores worldwide, and helped unify digital and physical experiences into cohesive brand ecosystems. Alisa is known for bridging creative, operational, and executive teams—streamlining processes, elevating storytelling, and aligning vision across the organization. Her work includes market expansions, operational revitalizations, and forward-thinking strategies shaped around evolving customer needs.

Alisa’s perspective is grounded in a wide range of life experiences. Brian is a dynamic marketing and event strategist with a rich and varied professional journey, known for his creativity, leadership, and ability to bring people together through meaningful experiences. As a proud LGBTQ+ community leader, Brian is deeply committed to fostering inclusivity, championing diverse voices, and creating spaces where individuals can feel seen, celebrated, and valued.

With a foundation in cultural programming and hospitality, Brian has held pivotal roles with Soho House, Relevant Hospitality, and NBC Universal, where he brought events to life through innovative concepts and strategic partnerships. His time as a Broadway performer in productions such as Wicked further sharpened his skills in adaptability, collaboration, and audience engagement, which now inform his approach to crafting immersive brand experiences.

Brian’s MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and his deep appreciation for art, culture, and community have shaped his holistic approach to marketing and event curation. He believes in the transformative power of events and storytelling to foster connection, shift perceptions, and elevate brands.
