  • Established West Coast headquarters with full regional oversight across Retail Operations, HR, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training & Performance, and Operations
  • Built the regional organization from inception, recruiting, onboarding, and managing  corporate employees, and over 100 indirect reports
  • Led the opening of 23 retail stores and four counters, including the brand’s first U.S. offshore locations in Hawaii
  • Launched the first Aesop Treatment Room in the Americas, expanding experiential retail and service offerings
  • Owned regional budgeting and forecasting, delivering more than 30 percent outperformance versus budget and positioning the West Coast as one of the highest-performing regions in the Americas at the time
  • Created a manager-led Performance Insight Ritual, establishing structured pre-visit planning, performance analysis, and action planning adopted across the Americas
  • Designed and implemented a Leadership Onboarding program where no global framework existed, integrating role-specific learning and addressing regional capability gaps
  • Improved manager retention, time to effectiveness, early tenure performance, sales plan consistency, and action plan follow-through
